Product Warranty
BioVectra warrants that its products conform to the described specifications. Each product is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis stating the conditions and results of product performance tests. Purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for their product for their particular use. BioVectra shall not be liable for any incidental, direct, or indirect consequential or contingent damages arising out of use, result of use, or the inability to use the product. Should any product fail to meet its described specifications for reasons other than misuse or mishandling, at BioVectra's option, product will either be replaced free of charge or the purchase price refunded.
This warranty is exclusive and BioVectra makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Returns
We will do our best to fulfill requests to return materials purchased from BioVectra. However, due to the nature of some of our products, certain items may not be returned for credit. These items include refrigerated or frozen products; products which have passed their expiration dates; custom products; products missing labels or which have removed from their original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number that may be obtained by contacting customer service at: info@biovectra.com. BioVectra reserves the right to deny a return when the date of invoice is greater than 30 days from the return request date, or for any other reason as covered by the Product Warranty.
A restocking charge of 20% of the invoice value may also be applied within the 30 day return period. No return for credit or exchange can be permitted without prior authorization.
