The Fund, established in 2009 is a $1 Million fund created to invest in Bioscience related activities in Prince Edward Island. It was named the Regis Duffy BioScience Fund in recognition of the contributions that Dr. Duffy has made to business and science within the Province.

The Prince Edward Island BioAlliance is the cluster of individuals and organizations dedicated to building the bioscience-based economic sector in PEI, with an emphasis on collaborative initiatives in research, business, education, and supporting infrastructure.
